Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als "The answer is simple. I am the eventuality of an anomaly. I am inexorably seeking a sedulant probability. Grotesquery?... No?... What about, contingent affirmation?... Thats gotta mean somethin..."

Ok so I'm odd. I have around 900 movies and quote/reference them often. I am nostalgic about movies the way others are about music. I have five tattoos with two being absorbed into a sleeve fairly soon. I am very cynical, but only in the most hilarious of ways. I find that self deprecation (and many other forms of such) can be the most honest and entertaining form of comedy as long as it is delivered in an obviously sarcastic manner. Despite my rampant cynicism, I am also an optimist. I have no patience or tolerance for 'end of the world' type personalities. This has made it tough since I moved from Chicago. It seems like all the rednecks think that the Taliban is in their backyard and Obama is actually Bin Laden himself and is somehow more powerful than the people that really own and run this country. We have survived far worse and will continue to do so.

I love games. Not the dating variety. Rather board games, video games, dice games, card games, darts, pool, bowling or anything else that is fun. Even if I'm bad at something, I still have a good time with it and never turn it down. I am competitive, but again only as it relates to fun, laughter, and just making things more interesting.

I generally have control of my filter and my mute button depending on who I'm talking to, but I get along best with those that have a deep and twisted sense of humor. It generally takes me longer than most to start feeling a connection with someone because I have found that people initially show me what they want me to see.

Lastly I can say that I have also learned to recognize when someone is more interested in being with SOMEONE even if it's not the RIGHT one. Ein ideales erstes Date wäre Generally I just meet someone for coffee/tea/drinks and conversation first to see if there is mutual attraction/chemistry. I would say 80% of the time the person had posted old/inaccurate photos or was otherwise putting up a facade online that doesn't hold up. I still go in optimistic every time.
Ich wollte immer schon versuchen Skydiving. I am not good with heights in general, but I think I could go through with it. Maybe this summer.

Wonach suchst du? The most important trait is a witty/oddball sense of humor. Someone who can crack jokes, poke fun, and find the comedy in any situation. Physically I like women who are at least physically proportionate/in decent shape. I'm not skinny, but I lift/exercise 4-5 days a week. Not for aesthetics, but as a former athlete it makes me feel good.
