My Goal In Life Is To open my own bar/restaurant. I want it to have a great atmosphere, great beer/wine/liquor selection, great people, great music and great food. The twist is that I want the menu to cater to Vegans, Vegetarians, Pescetarians and even into gluten free food. Texas has a very limited market for people who eat this way, me included, and I would like to help bring more options to them.
