A few rounds of pool, wandering the streets of Soho or Barbican (or a new city entirely) with my camera or sketch pad, discovering new haunts with great cakes or bread or wheat beer, or seeing artists perform up-close some of the great dens in London.
Having friends around to my place for a games night and making sure they don't leave starved (esp. after my lasagna or schnitzel), and maybe even pulling out Singstar to torture the unsuspecting.
And then sometimes just getting away from it all and disappearing somewhere remote for hiking, cycling, kayaking or even relaxing in a beautiful spa resort up in the German Alps!
