Je me décrirais comme Old School sicilian punk rocker from da LBC turned traveler, chef, chocolatier, artist, writer, back-country adventure/kayak tour-guide, Actor, Social Anarchist, organic dirt-monger, kick-back, mellow dude with an intense, passionate edge. I am NOT a dirty hippie! I work and bathe WAY too much. If you know me, you know I cannot be labeled, nor put in a box. I'm a serious practitioner of 'Do Unto Others...'.

And, just to get this out in the open...I'm short...that's right...short. And, I'm comfortable with that...very comfortable...I save LOTS of money on clothes shopping in the boys department. And, I LOVE women that tower over me. So, I don't think you could ever call me insecure. So, if you need a tall man, I'm not your guy. Food for thought: A small axe can take down a big tree...know what I mean?

I Love hanging out with new, interesting people. I Love showing people around this beautiful island. And, I LOVE to cook awesome, organic, healthy food!...And, sometimes super good, super artery-clogging food. I prefer small gatherings over large crowds.

My main passion right now is making chocolate...THE most amazing substance on Earth. I grow the trees, harvest the beans, and make the chocolate. Then, to truffles, tortes, bars, etc. I'm always drawing, painting, or writing, if I'm not working. And, 'working' always has something to do with food or art...the two are synonymous to me.

I surf, hike, camp, surf, kayak (I own a two-man, and a yakboard), surf, swim, dive, hunt, fish, surf, ...And, I especially Love to surf!...Did I mention surfing?...yeah, I Love that!

I'm always outside, as I run an organic chocolate farm...that's my main job. But, kind of a "Jack-of-All-Trades". Farming, making chocolate, and tattooing is how I make most of my dough. I work a LOT.

I'm the guy that smiles and says 'Howzit!' to everyone...even to those that pretend not to see me...fake bastages!

I Love mi Famiglia! If you had the chance to meet 'em...you might think you're on the set of The Sopranos. And, this is what I've spent the last 10 years writing about. And, after 10 years, all my work is finally paying off. I'm being published...currently in editing stages...and, hopefully, my book will be on the shelves by the end of summer '10!

I'm ALWAYS down for a new adventure! My only pet is a cat named Pua. Ya just never know where I'll be tomorrow, though I've been on these islands for a while now...
